Reservations
Q: What are the reservation office hours?
A: Our professional and friendly reservation agents are available
from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily to assist you with your travel
needs. For those calling after hours, there is an automated service
that monitors the phones and a reservation agent will get back
to you as soon as possible.
Q: Are reservations required?
A: Yes, reservations are required. For guests wishing to travel
without a confirmed reservation, we suggest you arrive at our
Anaheim Terminal or at one of our Las Vegas pick-up hotels
a half hour prior to the scheduled departure to purchase your
ticket (pending seat availability).
Q: How is a reservation made?
A: You have the option of making the reservation
on-line on this website, or you can call the reservation line at 1-888-589-2871
and have a reservation agent take down your reservation over the phone. A credit
card number is required when making the reservation in order to
hold a seat for you. However, the card is not charged until
the day of departure.
Q: Do you have to call and re-confirm the reservation?
A: Yes, you must call and confirm your reservation 48 hours prior
to the date of travel.
Q: What are the forms of payment accepted?
A: Lux Bus America accepts cash, traveler’s checks, and
any major credit card including: Visa, Master Card, American
Express, and Discover. The only form of payment not accepted
is personal checks.
Q: Are discounts offered?
A: Lux Bus America offers several discounts. Seniors over the
age of 62 and children between to age of 3-11 both receive
discounted fares. Children under the age of 3 are able to ride
free if they are on an adult’s lap during the transfer.
Lux Bus America also offers discounts to passengers upon joining
the Lux
Bus America’s Ambassador Club. This is a frequent
rider card and those who have an Ambassador Club card receive
low rates, as well as, access to the Lux Bus America Ambassador
newsletter which contains discount coupons. Finally, Lux Bus
America runs monthly specials that can be accessed on the Lux
Bus America website.

Policy
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You have up to 24 hours before the scheduled service to cancel
your reservation without being charged. To make a cancellation,
please call our reservation line at 888.587.2871 and speak to
one of the reservation agents between the hours of 7 am and 7
pm. If you do not call before the 24 hour deadline, you will be charged
for your reserved seat on the coach.
Q: What is the baggage policy?
A: Each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage plus one carry-on.
Our drivers routinely assist passengers with their luggage
upon boarding and disembarking from the coach.
Q: Is smoking allowed on board?
A: No, federal rules prohibit smoking on board. As a courtesy,
our coaches make one smoke and stretch stop mid-trip in Barstow.
Q: Are pets allowed on board?
A: No, pets are not allowed on the coach.
Q: Is alcohol permitted on board?
A: No, alcohol is not allowed to be brought on board the coach.
However, Lux Bus America does serve complimentary beer and
wine during the transfer to Las Vegas.
Q: Are children allowed to travel on Lux Bus America?
A: Yes, Lux Bus America is the safest and most convenient way
to travel between Anaheim, California and Las Vegas, Nevada
for everyone. We also welcome unescorted minor children (8-17
years old) with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
Q: What ages are considered to be a child?
A: To receive the child rates, the child must be between the
ages of 3 and 11. If the child is younger than 3, there is
no charge for them as long as they sit on the lap of an adult.
A child over the age of 11 will be charged the adult fare.

On-board Amenities
Q: What services are provided on the Las Vegas
Liner?
A: Lux Bus America is proud to offer you a very comfortably
ride on board the Las Vegas Liner. The seats are very spacious
and there is a foot rest, as well as, a fold down tray available
for your use. There is also an on-board coach attendant who is
available to help you and make your ride more comfortable. Complimentary
beverages and light snacks, headphones, pillows, and blankets
are available upon request. Movies are also played on the trip
for your enjoyment.
Q: What amenities are offered on the Las Vegas Liner?
A: Lux Bus America serves complimentary beverages including:
water, coffee, coke, diet coke, 7up, diet 7up, beer, and wine.
The complimentary light snacks served include: muffins, chips,
and granola bars. Keep in mind that these are complimentary
and therefore there is a limited number we can give to each
of the guests on board the coach.
Q: What kinds of movies are shown on the Las Vegas Liner?
A: Lux Bus America features a sophisticated entertainment system.
Full length feature films are shown on overhead video screens.
The films are full length, specially licensed, new releases,
and are edited for general audiences. Complimentary headphones
are provided upon request.
Q: Is there a restroom on board the Las Vegas Liner?
A: Yes, there is a restroom on board the coach.

A: Yes, the main terminal
is located in Anaheim at the Anaheim
Plaza Hotel. The address is: 1700 S. Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, CA
92802. There is free parking at the hotel for the duration of
your trip in Las Vegas.
Q: Where do you meet the Las Vegas Liner at the Luxor Hotel
and Casino?
A: The pick-up and drop-off location at the Luxor is at the
north entrance at the West Tower Lobby, which faces the Excalibur
Hotel and Casino. The Luxor is located on Reno Street, between
Frank Sinatra Drive and Las Vegas Boulevard. The address for
the Luxor is: 3900 Las Vegas Boulevard South.
Q: Where do you meet the Las Vegas Liner at the Riviera Hotel
and Casino?
A: The pick-up and drop-off location at the Riviera is at the
South Tower Lobby. The address for the Riviera is: 2901 Las Vegas
Boulevard South.

Hotel and Casino?
A: The pick-up and drop-off location at the Golden Nugget is
at the 1st Street entrance between Carson Avenue and Bridger

Q: Does Lux Bus America operate in all
kinds of weather?
A: Yes, the Lux bus America state-of-the-art motor coaches are
designed to travel in temperatures that exceed 120°F to below
freezing comfortably and safely. Our coaches are meticulously
maintained daily.
Q: Are courtesy pick-ups and drop-offs provided at hotels?
A: Yes, courtesy pick-up and drop-off services are provided at
select Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego
hotels. The Orange County service area includes all hotels
in the following locations: Anaheim Resort area, Buena Park,
and Garden Grove. The Los Angeles service area includes all
hotels in the following locations: Beverly Hills, Downtown
Los Angeles, Hollywood, LAX area, Santa Monica, and West Hollywood.
The San Diego service area includes all hotels in the following
locations: Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Hotel Circle, Mission
Bay, and the Port of San Diego.
Q: What are the pick-up and drop-off locations in Las Vegas?
A: Lux Bus America provides complimentary
pick-up and drop-offs at convenient locations in Las Vegas including two hotels on
the Las Vegas “Strip” and one hotel in the Downtown
Area. The hotels include: the Luxor Hotel & Casino, the
Riviera Hotel & Casino, and finally the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino
which is in the Downtown area. A Stateline drop-off and pick-up
is also available upon request.

the highest and fifth largest desert in the world.
